This smoothie takes the classic Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich and transforms it into a healthy snack or easy breakfast on the go. I served this to my children and they absolutely inhaled it! It has enough protein and fiber that it will keep busy kids full all the way until lunch time.

Power Smoothie Recipes: My Favorite PB& J Smoothie

Makes 2 generous servings

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2/3 cup Stonyfield French Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 large tablespoons peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Add the ingredients in the order listed to a high powered blender (I’m in love with my Blendtec).

Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately OR refrigerate overnight.
