Healthy Chicken Recipes: Easy Gluten Free Mustard Chicken Recipe

Healthy chicken recipes are a staple in my weekly meal plans. I’m always on the hunt for ways to make our weeknight dinners easier and healthier. This Mustard Grilled Chicken Breast recipe is perfect – it comes together in 10 minutes and is also gluten free!

Mustard Grilled Chicken Breasts

6 skinless chicken breasts
1 7 oz. jar of Silver Palate Sweet & Rough mustard (My mom noted that she uses whole grain mixed with Guldens, but you can use whatever you like. Silver Palate is gluten free!)
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 heaping tbs. gluten free Worcestershire sauce
Place chicken breasts in large dish and pat dry. Paint chicken with mustard and sprinkle lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce on top. Cover and allow to marinate overnight in the fridge. Preheat grill and grill on each side for about 4 minutes, basting with leftover marinade.
