Gluten Free Sirloin Steak Marinade for Grilling

It can be difficult to attend summer barbecues when you are eating gluten free.  Many conventional marinades contain some form of gluten.  The easy solution? Make your own! Try this sirloin steak marinade for a quick, easy, and absolutely mouthwatering gluten free meal!

Sirloin Steak Marinade

2 – 2.5 pounds sirloin steak, (1 inch thick)
1.5 cups water
3/4 cup gluten free soy sauce (I use San-J)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbs. white wine vinegar
2 tbs. lemon juice
2 tbs. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp pepper
sirloin steak marinade
Cover meat and marinate overnight. Grill and enjoy.
