Broccoli Slaw Recipe with Stonyfield Greek Yogurt Dressing | Easy Picnic Recipes

This post was created in partnership with Stonyfield. All opinions are my own.

I have been obsessed with perfecting my broccoli salad recipe. I’ve tinkered with the salad ingredients so many times — adding bacon, prosciutto, onions, raisins, even ramen noodles. But a good Broccoli Slaw is really about the dressing, which traditionally is full of mayonnaise.  So I challenged myself to come up with a Mayo-free recipe. Enter Stonyfield Greek yogurt.

This recipe substitutes 0% fat Stonyfield Greek Yogurt (which is full of protein) for all the mayonnaise.  And guess what? It tastes fabulous. You won’t even miss the mayo. It’s going to be my go-to picnic take-along to all my summer soirees.
