Since New Years, I’ve been really trying to detox from sugar, white grains, and basically all processed crap. I’m definitely NOT perfect, but I’ve been making small steps towards being just a little less processed. I always start each morning with my 1-ingredient Lemon Juice Detox, but I also make myself green juice a few times a week. My favorite green juice recipe is full of dark greens, vitamin C, and nutrients to flush all the bad stuff out of my system. I also notice an energy kick after I drink my green juice. It’s not quite the same as a cup of coffee, but I feel better after green juice than I do after coffee.
