I made a trip to Target Wednesday night to check out some of the clearance deals. There are a few really nice deals to report back. As you can see from the photo aboev, the 50% off stuff is pretty picked over, although there is a good selection of holiday candy to choose from. At least at my store, I’m going to wait a few more days to see if holiday items go to 70% off (which they likely will).
Here are some of the better deals I found:
Hershey’s kisses 30% off, which makes them $2.10 each. You can also use this $1.10 off 2 bags of Hershey’s Kisses printable coupon to make them $1.55 per bag!
I was really excited to see these 4.1 oz McCormick Ground Cinnamon on an endcap on clearance for $3.26. There is also a coupon for $0.50/1 McCormick Spice in the 12/2 Red Plum insert (expires 1/6/13). That will make 4 oz of cinnamon only $2.76, which is a great deal!
Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Broth on clearance for $2.19 for 4 8-oz containers. I stocked up on some of this, since even though I make my own, it’s nice to have some shelf-stable options for when I forget to defrost mine.
I printed the Thomas & Friends coupons and found a great clearance price on the Take-n-play but the $10 coupon came up as not valid on the store register and the manager said they couldn’t take it!! I’m so mad! And so embarrassed!!
