A friend recently introduced me to Rent the Runway as a green alternative to purchasing new clothes.
How Rent the Runway works, is you choose an outfit to “rent” for as low as $30 for 4-8 days. You’ll even get an extra size (just in case) for free. Then you return it and they take care of the cleaning. It’s sort of like a high end consignment shop, except that you get to return that dress you only wore once.
